Darawal Dispatch LLC is an independent freight dispatch service providing dispatch and load-coordination support to authorized motor carriers. Darawal Dispatch LLC is not a motor carrier, freight broker, freight forwarder or shipper, does not transport freight, does not take possession of freight, and does not hold brokerage authority.

Carrier and dispatcher relationship

Darawal Dispatch LLC acts as an independent contractor providing administrative dispatch services at the carrier's direction. No employment, agency beyond the limited authorizations set out in the signed agreement, partnership or joint venture is created. The carrier is the contracting party on every load and remains in control of its business, its equipment and its drivers.

Carrier approval of loads

Darawal Dispatch LLC searches for and negotiates freight opportunities on the carrier's behalf. The carrier makes the final decision to accept or decline every load. There is no forced dispatch.

Authority and insurance

Each carrier is responsible for obtaining and maintaining its own USDOT and MC operating authority and its own required insurance coverage. Darawal Dispatch LLC does not provide operating authority, insurance coverage or insurance advice.

No compliance, legal, tax or accounting advice
