How it works

Apply. Verify. Sign. Dispatch.

Six clear steps from onboarding to dispatch-ready.

Darawal searches freight, reviews your documents, and communicates with brokers — you make the final decision to accept or decline every load.

01

Carrier Submits Onboarding Information

You complete the carrier onboarding with your company details, USDOT and MC information, authority status, equipment and preferred operating areas.

02

Darawal Reviews Required Documents

We review your authority status, certificate of insurance and W-9 so broker setups can be completed without delays.

03

Dispatch Team Coordinates Freight Opportunities

We identify freight opportunities that fit your equipment, operating preferences and availability, then present them for your review.

04

Rates and Load Details Negotiated

We communicate with brokers and negotiate rate and load details on your behalf when you authorize us to do so.

05

Carrier Reviews and Approves the Load

Every load comes to you with the rate, the lane and the broker. Nothing is booked until you approve it — there is no forced dispatch.

06

Broker Communication, Paperwork and Dispatch Support

We coordinate broker communication and setup packets as authorized, handle appointments, rate confirmations and load paperwork, then stay with the load through check calls, issue follow-up and next-load options.

Before you start

Have these ready

  • USDOT and MC number
  • Certificate of insurance
  • Signed W-9
  • Preferred lanes and rate floor

Sign-up takes about ten minutes. You keep your own operating authority and insurance — Darawal is not a freight broker, motor carrier or freight forwarder, and you remain the contracting carrier on every load.

What you keep control of

  • Every load decision — no forced dispatch
  • Your rate floor and home-time window
  • Your authority, insurance and equipment
  • Billing, factoring and accounting

Ready to run loaded?

Tell us your equipment, operating preferences and rate expectations. We build the dispatch plan and bring you the load, the rate and the broker.
