How Darawal Dispatch LLC collects, uses and protects the information carriers share with us.

Who we are

Darawal Dispatch LLC is an independent freight dispatch service based in the United States. We provide dispatch services to authorized motor carriers. We are not a motor carrier, freight broker or freight forwarder. This policy explains what information we collect through darawaldispatch.com and how we use it.

Information you give us

When you contact us, request information or complete carrier onboarding, we collect the details you submit: your name, business name, email address, phone number, mailing address, USDOT and MC numbers, authority status, equipment and fleet information, preferred operating areas, insurance details, tax identification information provided on a W-9, and any documents you upload.

Documents you upload

Documents such as your W-9, certificate of insurance and operating authority paperwork are stored in encrypted object storage and are accessible only to authorized Darawal Dispatch personnel. We use them for carrier verification, dispatch onboarding and broker setup at your direction. We do not sell your documents or your data.

How we use your information

We use your information to verify your authority and insurance, to onboard you as a dispatch client, to communicate with brokers on your behalf as you authorize, to search and negotiate freight opportunities for you, to prepare and organize load paperwork, to send you service and account notifications, and to meet our recordkeeping obligations.

Sharing with brokers and third parties

With your authorization, we share carrier packet information and documents with freight brokers and shippers for the purpose of carrier setup and load booking. We also use service providers for email delivery, document storage and website hosting. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Electronic signatures

If you sign the Master Dispatch & Carrier Administrative Services Agreement electronically, we record your typed name, your drawn signature image, the date and time of signing, and the IP address used, as evidence of your signature. A copy of the signed agreement is available to you on request.

Cookies and analytics

The website uses only the cookies necessary to operate it, including a secure session cookie for authorized staff sign-in. We do not use advertising cookies or sell browsing data.

Data retention

We retain carrier records and signed agreements for as long as needed to provide our services and to satisfy legal, tax and recordkeeping requirements. You may request deletion of information we are not required to retain.

Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS, passwords are stored using one-way hashing, staff access requires authentication, and uploaded documents are held in access-controlled storage. No system is perfectly secure, so please contact us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

Your choices

You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to stop sending non-essential emails, or withdraw your authorization for broker communications at any time. Contact info@darawaldispatch.com.

Children

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services change. The revision date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
