Terms of Use

The terms that apply when you use darawaldispatch.com. The signed Master Dispatch & Carrier Administrative Services Agreement governs the dispatch relationship itself.

Acceptance

By using darawaldispatch.com you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. These terms govern your use of the website only. Dispatch services are governed by the separate Dispatch & Carrier Administrative Services Agreement you sign during onboarding, which controls if there is any conflict.

What Darawal Dispatch LLC is

Darawal Dispatch LLC provides independent freight dispatch and carrier administrative support services to authorized motor carriers. We coordinate freight opportunities, support rate discussions at the carrier's direction, communicate with brokers, coordinate appointments and support load paperwork. We are not a motor carrier, freight broker, freight forwarder, DOT compliance provider, insurance agency, law firm or accounting firm, and we do not transport freight.

Carrier responsibilities

You remain solely responsible for maintaining your own operating authority, your own insurance coverage, your equipment, your drivers, your hours of service, your safety and compliance obligations, and your business and tax affairs. You approve or decline every load. Nothing on this website transfers any of those responsibilities to us.

Website use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account or system, upload malicious files, scrape content for commercial use, or submit information you are not authorized to submit. Access to the operations dashboard is restricted to authorized Darawal Dispatch staff.

Onboarding submissions

When you submit an onboarding packet you confirm that the information and documents you provide are accurate and current, and that you are authorized to submit them on behalf of the motor carrier. Submitting a packet is an application; it does not create a dispatch relationship until we accept it and an agreement is signed by both parties.

Fees

Our dispatch fee is 5% of the gross line-haul revenue of each load we book and manage for you, as defined on our pricing page and in your signed agreement. Website content describing fees is provided for information and does not replace your signed agreement.

No guarantee of results

Freight availability, rates and broker decisions are outside our control. We do not guarantee any particular load volume, rate per mile, revenue, broker approval or payment by any broker.

Intellectual property

The Darawal Dispatch name, logo, website design, text and images are our property or used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without written consent.

Third-party resources

The website may reference load boards, dispatch technology and other third-party services. Those services are operated by their owners, are subject to their own terms, and their mention does not imply any partnership, endorsement, agency or affiliation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Darawal Dispatch LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost freight opportunities, arising from use of this website. Our liability arising from dispatch services is governed by your signed agreement.

Termination

We may suspend or discontinue website access at any time. Termination of dispatch services is governed by your signed agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
