Our mission is to help carriers maximize efficiency, reduce administrative burdens, and keep their trucks moving by providing professional dispatch coordination, freight search assistance, broker communication, and operational support.
We are not a motor carrier, freight broker, freight forwarder, or shipper. Darawal Dispatch LLC does not transport freight, assume possession or control of cargo, arrange transportation as a broker, or accept legal responsibility for the movement of freight.
Instead, we serve as an independent dispatch company working exclusively on behalf of authorized motor carriers. We assist with identifying freight opportunities, communicating with brokers, coordinating appointments, organizing paperwork, negotiating rates at the carrier’s direction, and providing administrative support throughout the dispatch process.
Every carrier operates under its own authority, contracts directly with brokers and shippers, and retains complete control over its business operations. The carrier alone decides which loads to accept or decline and remains solely responsible for regulatory compliance, safety, insurance, drivers, equipment, and transportation services.
